Click the Microsoft Office Button

On the File menu, point to Print, and
then click Print Preview.

Click the buttons on the toolbar or Ribbon to preview
the page or make changes before you print.

In the Print Preview and Settings dialog box,
select the options that you want before you print.

In the Page Setup group, in the Print What list, select Slides.

Click Options, point to Color/Grayscale,
and then click one of the following:
a.
Color
If you print to a color printer, this option prints in color.
b.
Color (On Black and White Printer) If
you print to a black-and-white printer, this option prints in grayscale.
c.
Grayscale This
option prints images that contain variations of gray tones between black and
white. Background fills are printed as white, so that the text will be more
legible. (Sometimes grayscale appears the same as Pure Black and White.)
d.
Pure Black and White
This option prints the handout with no gray fills.

Click Print.
The following are the buttons and other options in the
Print dialog box:

Name
In the list, click a printer that you have installed and want to use.
6-
Status
For the selected printer, tells the status of the printer, such as idle, busy,
or the number of files before your print job.

Type
For the selected printer, tells the type of printer that you selected, such as
laser.
8-
Where
For the selected printer, tells the location of the printer or which port the
printer is connected to.
9-
Comment
For the selected printer, tells any additional information that you might need
to know about the printer.

Properties
Click this button when you want to change the properties, such as paper type,
for the printer that you are using.

Find Printer
Click this button to find a printer that you have access to.

Number of copies
In this list, click the number of copies that you want printed.
13-
Collate
Select this check box if you want your print job to be kept in the order that
you created in your document when printed. This check box is available if you
are printing multiple copies.

Slides
In this list, click the number of slides that will appear on one printed page.

Order
Click either horizontal or vertical to organize your slides on
the printer page.

Scale to fit paper
Select this check box to print your slides on the paper selected for your
printer.

Frame slides
Select this check box to print a thin border around your slides.
18-
Print comments and ink markup
Select this check box to print comments and ink markup.
19-
Print hidden slides
Select this check box to include any slides that you have hidden in the print
job.

High quality
Select this check box is you want to print shadows on your text or images.

Color/grayscale
In this list, click if you want to print in grayscale, color, or pure black and
white.

Print what
In this list, click the elements that you want printed.
23-
All
Click this option if you want to print all pages in your file.

Custom Show
Click this option to print only a specific custom show — a grouping of
slides from within the main show.

Slides
Click this option and add the page numbers or page ranges in the box.

Current slide
Click this option to print only the slide that is currently selected.
27-
Selection
Click this option to print only the slides that you selected.
28-
All
Click this option if you want to print all pages in your file.
29-
Preview
Click this button to preview your slides before printing them and select other
printing options, such as page setup.

OK Click this button to send
your document to the printer.
31-
Cancel
Click this button to go back to your document without printing it.
