Description
Explorestart is a very simple utility that simply restart Explorer and Internet Explorer.
When you run this tool, all instances of Explorer (explorer.exe) and Internet Explorer
(iexplore.exe) are terminated instantly, and a new instance of Explorer is created after a few
seconds.
You can use this utility when something goes wrong with Explorer or Internet Explorer.
For example: when you fails to open a new window of Internet Explorer, when Internet Explorer crashes, when everything start to work too slowly, and so on...
You can use this tool in the following operating systems: Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.

This utility is released as freeware.
You are allowed to freely distribute this utility via floppy disk, CD-ROM,
Internet, or in any other way, as long as you don't charge anything for this.
If you distribute this utility, you must include all files in
the distribution package, without any modification !
